The treasury is a scholarship fund established by students, friends, and supporters who see Julie’s work and teaching as a very positive influence in our world and want to actively enlarge the circle it influences.
Contributions are accepted in any amount, no matter how small, and are kept in a special fund that provides sliding scale tuition support.
Students who wish to contribute may do so during classes by writing a separate check (to Julie Russell) for their donation.
You may also send funds on any occasion that is special to you or Julie...birthdays, the holiday season, memorials, or whenever you receive a solicitation from anywhere that reminds you that giving adds to your life. If you would like, you can make a regular pledge by sending funds on a monthly basis.

Those who wish to participate as a recipient may write to Julie’s Treasury to receive a short confidential application to document the process and help in future planning for the Treasury.
