My Yoga class gives me some peaceful time to relax and take care of my body. I can rest my mind and flex my body in ways that help my pain. I look forward to the class all week and I try to think positive thoughts related to Yoga. I am a Christian, but I use yoga to bring me closer to God and other human beings. Julie is a good example of a kind, decent person. She helps us be better people because it is the right thing to do. I appreciate the class and realize we are blessed to have it. I’m not very good at yoga, but I do the best I can and I always feel good when I’m done. I plan to do some yoga, on my own, out on the rec yard this summer. I enjoy activities that help me grow as a person. Yoga is just plain fun!
